Michelle has worked across commercial kitchens, meat production, food retail and business ownership. She understands both the practical demands of cooking and the everyday challenge of making food, time and household budgets stretch further.

After repeatedly seeing people overlook the ingredients they already had at home, Michelle created Pantrix to connect practical food knowledge with smart technology.
