Beef Hamburgers

Simple, juicy homemade burgers with classic toppings.

Ingredients
- 200g beef mince
- Salt and cracked black pepper
- 2 burger buns
- Caramelised onions
- 2 cheese slices
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 handful spinach
Method
- 1Divide beef mince into 2 equal portions.
- 2Shape each portion into a burger patty.
- 3Heat a frying pan or grill over high heat.
- 4Cook patties for 3–4 minutes on one side until browned.
- 5Flip patties and season with salt and pepper.
- 6Cook for another 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
- 7Place cheese and onion on top and cook for 1 minute until melted.
- 8Slice burger buns in half.
- 9Layer spinach, tomato, beef patty and cheese inside buns.
- 10Best cooked and eaten fresh.
