Interactive Dinner — Sushi, Spring Roll & Wrap Night

A fun, interactive dinner where everyone builds their own meal from the table.
Pantrix Tip: This is brilliant for using small amounts of leftover meat and vegetables. You don't need enough of any one ingredient — variety is what makes the table work.

Ingredients
- Cooked sushi rice
- Nori sheets
- Rice paper rolls
- Spring roll wrappers
- Cooked chicken, sliced
- Cooked prawns
- Cooked beef, sliced
- Carrot, thinly sliced
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Capsicum, thinly sliced
- Lettuce or baby spinach
- Bean sprouts
- Fresh coriander
- Fresh mint
- Sauces & Extras: Soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Kewpie mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, sesame seeds
Method
- 1Prepare sushi rice and allow to cool.
- 2Slice meats, vegetables and avocado into thin strips.
- 3Arrange all ingredients in separate bowls or plates in the centre of the table.
- 4Put out nori, rice paper and spring roll wrappers.
- 5Add sauces, herbs and extras in small serving bowls.
- 6Let everyone choose their ingredients and make their own sushi, fresh rolls, wraps or spring rolls.
- 7Cook any filled spring rolls at 170°C until golden and crispy.
- 8Serve everything together and keep building!
